Our project portfolio covers more than one style of home or room.
If you are considering a new kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, cloakroom or utility space, our work can help you see how different layouts, finishes and practical design decisions come together in a completed renovation.

Our projects begin by understanding what the homeowner wants to change and why. That means considering not only preferred colours, styles and finishes, but also the practical details that can determine whether a design works once it is installed.
Depending on the project, Unique Designs can coordinate:
This joined-up approach means the design can be considered alongside the technical requirements of the room rather than treating them as separate parts of the project.
You can also meet Hayley and Wayne to learn more about the people behind the design and installation work.
Unique Designs works with homeowners across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, including Hucknall, Southwell, Beeston, Edwalton, Newark and Westville.
Rather than producing the same solution for every property, each project is considered around the room itself, the homeowner’s priorities and what is realistically achievable within the available space.
As this portfolio grows, this page will bring together more of our completed bathroom, kitchen, accessible-living and supporting room renovations, with genuine project details and photographs showing the work behind each transformation.
If our projects have given you ideas for your own home, the next step is to talk through what you would like to achieve.
Whether you are considering a complete bathroom renovation, planning a new kitchen or simply want to understand what could work within your space, Unique Designs can help you turn the initial idea into a practical plan.
